99.00.37 Puly Milk Cleaner was formulated to remove milk fat deposits from steam wands, drain tubes, milk pitchers, and any equipment that is in daily contact with milk. 

Instructions for cleaning: 

1. Measure 25mL of the cleaning detergent into a container (you can use a milk jug). 

2. Top up the container with cold water.

3. Insert the steam wand into the solution and turn the steam on and off 5-7 times. 

4. Purge the steam wand and wipe away the remaining solution with a clean cloth. 

*Tip: If your steam wand is clogged or full of milk deposits, use the same solution to soak it overnight to dissolve the dried-up deposits. Wipe it clean with a cloth the next day, and always purge afterward.
